PageSpeedLog.com is a website performance analysis tool that uses theopen-source Lighthouse library to analyze website page speed scores. The Serviceallows users to:

  • Schedule periodic Lighthouse reports
  • Monitor website performance over time
  • Store and access historical performance data
  • Analyze unindexed websites or applications
  • Analyze websites protected with basic authentication
  • Analyze websites that require login credentials

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the application features at https://pagespeedlog.com/app, you mustcreate an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and completeinformation during the registration process.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Restricting access to your account
  • All activities that occur under your account

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security orunauthorized use of your account.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each user may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts registered by thesame user may be terminated at our discretion.

5.2 Analysis of Protected Websites

When providing basic authentication credentials or login information forwebsites to be analyzed:

  • You warrant that you have the legal right to access these websites
  • You understand that while we implement encryption measures for the protectionof credentials, we cannot guarantee absolute security
  • You assume full responsibility for any consequences of providing suchcredentials

6. Privacy and Data Collection

  • Screenshots and performance data generated by Lighthouse

  • The public-facing website at https://pagespeedlog.com does not use cookies
  • The application at https://pagespeedlog.com/app uses a session cookie called"psl_session" for authentication purposes

  • Umami, a self-hosted analytics platform that collects anonymous usage dataincluding: URL of the request, page title, screen size in pixels, hostname,language preferences, and referrer (IP addresses are not collected)
  • Sentry for crash analytics and error reporting

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned byHorizon Break Technologies UG and are protected by international copyright,trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietaryrights laws.

7.2 User Content

You retain all rights to the website data you analyze through the Service.However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use,store, and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service toyou.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HORIZONBREAK TECHNOLOGIES UG, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, ORAFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, ORPUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE,GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

11.3 Cap on Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM ORRELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOUTO US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THEEVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Horizon Break Technologies UGand its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, andlicensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, andexpenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees,arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Serviceor your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws ofGermany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall befinally settled by the courts of Berlin, Germany, which shall have exclusivejurisdiction over such disputes.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding your use of the Service.

14. Changes to Terms

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not beconsidered a waiver of such right or provision.

20. Assignment

You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under these Terms withoutour prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under theseTerms without your consent.
